If you're looking for interactive English, then try ESL Prof. It has English software, songs for ESL and EFL, English movies, worksheets, and links to other TEFL and TESL sites.The worksheets are pretty extensive and there's info about many topics, such as writing, dictations, and grammar. The only downside is that it hasn't been updated since 2009, so don't expect any new material to pop up.
